Delete your AlgoNexus Charter account

AlgoNexus Charter is operated by uMncube (Pty) Ltd. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open AlgoNexus Charter, go to Settings, open your account details, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email accounts@algonexus.co.za from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my AlgoNexus Charter account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account information and sign-in, your strategies, alerts, watchlist and conversations, and the usage records linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Server logs are removed within 14 days. Strategy wording kept for learning cannot be linked to you and is not deleted. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is managed by that store: deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel it in the store first.
